Anyone! We are a creative studio for people of all ages!

Any age can paint. Younger kids may have trouble holding the paint brush or staying inside the lines, but we believe that any age can paint!

Can I BYOB?

What makes pottery painting a great activity for families, friends, and groups?

Pottery painting is great for all ages and ability levels. Since painting pottery is typically done with 2 hands it is really hard to be on your cell phone while painting, but it is really easy to still carry on a conversation with others. We love seeing families and friends enjoy electronic free time together.

What if I am not very artistic?

We have lots of simple ideas and easy to paint items in the studio. You don’t need to be artistic to enjoy pottery painting.

Can I have a private party in your studio?

We have set times on Saturday morning for private parties. We can also accommodate private parties before or after regular studio hours.

How long does it take to get my piece back?

After you are done painting your piece staff will glaze and kiln-fire your piece. A pickup date will be provided to you when you arrive, but it typically takes 1-2 weeks.

Why does it take so long to fire pieces?

All pieces have to dry completely before we are able to glaze them. We typically let them dry at least 1-2 days. After they are dry we have to glaze them and that also needs to dry 1 -2 days. We then load them into one of our 2 large kilns. They fire to 1828 degrees which takes about 8 hours. We can’t open the kiln until it cools down to under 100 degrees which typically takes 1-2 days. We also process pieces in the order that they were received which is why it can take 1-2 weeks to get your piece back.

How long can you hold my finished pieces for?

We can hold finished pieces for 60 days. After 60 days abandoned pieces will be discarded.
